Mr. Tyler Ernst joined the Epicor Board of Directors in August 2023. He joined CD&R in 2020 and is principally engaged in evaluating investment opportunities in the technology sector. Prior to joining CD&R, he served at FFL Partners, a private equity firm, and at Bain & Company.
