As previously communicated, Adobe has ended support for a critical component that will prevent both Kinetic and Prophet 21 customers who own Manifest or Quick Ship 5.4 and below from logging into or using their applications after August 17,2023. Consequently, Epicor is discontinuing support of Epicor Manifest and Quick Ship 5.4 and below effective August 1, 2023.
Customers current on their maintenance payments are entitled to upgrade to the latest release of Quick Ship on premise at no additional cost (beyond Professional Services implementation fees if applicable). At the same time, this is a great opportunity to consider the many benefits of cloud. Upgrading to Quick Ship Cloud allows you to always stay current, save on IT costs and take advantage of the latest features. If you choose to move to Quick Ship Cloud, we have extended the limited time promotion for you to upgrade. Now through August 1, 2023, we’re offering 12 months free with a minimum three-year contract.
