Lumber and building materials companies using Epicor BisTrack and LumberTrack recognized for technology innovation, rapid time to value, and business transformation
Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, announced today the 2018 Epicor Customer Excellence Awards winners for lumber and building materials (LBM) customers. The awards recognize innovative LBM businesses that have successfully transformed operations by deploying Epicor BisTrack™ and Epicor LumberTrack™ solutions and services to achieve excellence in business efficiency and overall performance. New this year, individual winners of the LBM Excellence Awards will be honored with US$1,000 to donate to their charity or organization of choice.
The following LBM companies have been named 2018 Epicor Customer Excellence Awards winners:

Epicor Customer Excellence Awards programs are run in the Americas, Asia Pacific, the United Kingdom, Middle East, India, and Africa. Criteria used to evaluate nominations included customer, employee and business impact, process improvements, and positive changes gained within the organization to demonstrate benefits and impact of the technology on the customers’ business. Project complexity, business objectives, and results achieved were also weighed in the final decisions.
