- Valid Purpose: Epicor will only use the recording for the limited purpose of fulfilling its contractual obligations.
- Lawfulness and Transparency: Epicor will process any personal data (including voice data and facial image, which are biometric data) captured during the recording on the basis of Consent and Legitimate Interests. You may withdraw your consent at any time by sending an e-mail to Epicor’s Data Protection Officer, the contact details of which are set forth below.
- Minimum Necessary: Epicor is committed to the data minimization principle under EU GDPR and UK GDPR and other national and international data protection laws (including US Data Protection Laws, as defined in Epicor’s USA DPA) and we will only use the recording for the valid and lawful purpose stated above.
