As your business grows and expands into Indonesia, the Indonesia CSF helps to keep your Epicor Financials system compliant from day one to save time and expense. The CSF package contains the most used financial and operational functionalities in the country including:
The Indonesia CSF package includes Withholding Tax (WHT) calculation and processing, helping businesses using Epicor Financials to meet the requirements set by the local income tax law (Pajak Penghasilan/PPh Law). A legal number is created for each WHT payment transaction. The WHT reports are generated in CSV format, ready for upload to the local tax authority (Direktorat Jenderal Pajak, DJP) website (e-STP).
VAT is collected through a system called e-Faktur in Indonesia, as per the local tax law (Pajak Pertambahan Nilai/PPN Law). Epicor Financials can record the e-Nofa number (VAT serial number) for VAT transactions. The e-Faktur reports can be printed and uploaded to the local tax authority.
Epicor Financials allows business users to track inventory transactions and save customs data, helping customers to meet the requirements of the Customs Excise Information System and Automation (CEISA) in Indonesia.
This inventory costing type is based on the cost of the inventory in the beginning of the period, and all the purchases in the specific period are included in the calculation. The functionality includes the Periodic Average Costing Workbench and a Periodic Average Costing report.
Manufacturers can collect the actual manufacturing costs at the end of each fiscal period. The collected costs are allocated to the manufactured products. A pre-defined allocation base is installed with the CSF package, defining the cost re-calculation process. The functionality includes the Actual Cost Allocation Workbench and these reports: Summary, Details, GL transactions.
