Service Order Management

Enter and process service order transactions, even for items purchased elsewhere. You can capture all necessary customer and item information when you begin a service transaction. That information will follow the item serial number and keep fields up-to-date system-wide to avoid errors and manual entry. You can even transfer ownership to another customer if an item changes hands.

Services Dispatch

View open service orders in need of scheduling, and assign technicians from an easy drag-and-drop interface. The services dispatch screen shows who, what, where, and when to make scheduling and dispatching easy.

Preventative Maintenance

Set preventative maintenance schedules at the item level, and get automated reminders to avoid missing or delaying maintenance. Prophet 21 can also help create service orders against maintenance schedules so you can stay proactive.

Warranties

Track warranty information and process claims for eligible parts and labor. Warranty records include expiration dates for given serial numbers, and coverage details go down to the individual part and labor level. When processed on a service order, customer pricing is set based on coverage rules by the warranty, and warranty claims can be generated to manufacturers for reimbursement.
