ECN Manager allows various user types and groups to fit the needs of your team. These are then used during the approval path designation. Once a user or group is defined, it can be used for dispositions.

Control the Approval Path

Choose who the approval path goes through. Easily drag- and-drop users, groups or both into a path tree. Once a path is constructed, it can be saved as a template for future use. This allows the ECN initiator to fully control the ECN cycle.

Data Stored for Review

ECNs are automatically saved, allowing users to easily review and track previous change requests. A user can easily navigate through any changes ever made as well as their respective dispositions.

Quickly and Easily Manage ECNs

The user who is requested to approve an ECN has a highly visual user interface that allows everything to be done within Epicor ECN Manager. In addition, it integrates with Outlook allowing automatically generated notifications. These features help ensure the fastest ECN process possible.
