UK distributor of protective workwear and PPE invests in cloud-based ERP to meet new production, operation, and distribution demands
Epicor Software Corporation, a global provider of industry-specific enterprise software to promote business growth, has been selected by Progressive Safety Footwear & Clothing, a UK distributor of safety footwear, protective workwear and personal protective equipment (PPE), to speed up the customer transaction process and improve stock accuracy, following a significant increase in customer demand.
Epicor Prophet 21, an ERP solution designed for the end-to-end management of distribution operations, will enable Progressive Safety to streamline its quote-to-cash cycle and reduce the time spent on processing transactions to fulfill the rising demand in orders.

Stock accuracy will be improved with a built-in wireless warehouse management system and a new online customer experience delivered using Epicor Commerce Connect, to take customers from quote to fulfilment.
