Chief Customer & Information Officer
Rich Murr is a technology and business executive with deep expertise across the information technology spectrum. As Chief Customer Officer, Rich leads the teams responsible for Epicor customers' onboarding and support experience, and as Chief Information Officer, leads teams responsible for the company's corporate IT and cybersecurity efforts.
Prior to Epicor, Rich held a variety of technology leadership positions with SaaS companies, a global IaaS provider, a multinational retailer, and IT consulting companies. Earlier in his career, Rich served as a U.S. Marine Corps officer.
Rich earned his B.A. from Mary Washington College in Fredericksburg, Virginia.
