This award is presented to an ISV Partner who demonstrates exceptional innovation in developing and delivering a new software solution that significantly impacted the market, industry, or society. The award is based on but not limited to:

• Creativity and originality in the design and development of the software solution
• Technical excellence in software architecture, programming, and integration
• Positive impacts on the market or industry include increased revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction
• Contribution to solving a significant business problem or societal issue

This year’s Innovation ISV Partner is Workato, a company offering a single platform for intelligent integration and workflow automation across organizations.

Customer Service Excellence ISV Partner

This award celebrates an ISV Partner who goes above and beyond in providing superior service to our customers while working together with Epicor to increase customer satisfaction. The award is based on but not limited to:

• Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with Epicor sales to increase customer satisfaction.

Our Customer Service Excellence ISV Partner for this year is Biscit, a preferred Epicor technology partner for companies throughout Australia, providing end-to-end support for implementation of Epicor solutions.

Cloud ISV Partner

This award recognizes an ISV Partner who displays exceptional leadership and performance in delivering cloud-based solutions to customers.  The award is based on but not limited to:

• Innovative use of cloud technologies to solve complex business problems or create new business opportunities. 
• Consistent delivery of high-quality cloud solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations.

This year’s Cloud ISV Partner is Microsoft, recognized for delivering an integrated and open cloud platform in six critical business areas: security, infrastructure, digital and app innovation, data and AI applications, and modern work.

ISV Partner of the Year Award

Finally, we are proud to announce the highest honor, celebrating a partner who has consistently made outstanding strategic contributions throughout the year.

This year’s ISV Partner of the Year is ancora Software, creator of a streamlined, advanced data capture solution that, unlike traditionally overly complex versions of this software, is easy to configure, implement, and support—all the better to exceed customer expectations while fostering innovation and growth.
