ARS — Established in 1940 in Phoenix, Arizona, ARS has grown to a multi-location HVAC wholesaler with a focus on brands and service. Epicor Prophet 21 solutions deployed in the cloud help them continue to adapt and scale their processes to meet the growing demand for their products across six states. As a trusted partner, they serve as a leader for Epicor customers, testing and providing feedback about new Prophet 21 features. By serving as a voice from the floor, they help refine and improve Epicor technology in ways that can benefit other users around the globe.
Van Meter — Founded in 1928 and 100% employee-owned, Van Meter helps provide customers with the right tools for successful automation, digital communication, and electrical supply. Since 1995, they have partnered with Epicor to automate business processes and streamline operations. Epicor solutions played a key part in their technology transformation—they digitized their warehouses to improve efficiency, and integrated robotics to increase flexibility and build processing speeds.

Laurent Renaud, Guillevin — Guillevin, one of Canada’s largest distributors of electrical material, recently decided to launch a digital transformation initiative. They sought to eliminate their existing system’s limitations in efficiency, capacity, and scalability. Laurent Renaud, Vice President, Information Technology, has been overseeing this process, managing a complex integration of Prophet 21, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) that empowered Guillevin to grow and thrive on the leading edge of modern distribution.
Brett Klein, Jamie Kolkman, and Bill Meldrum, Etna Supply — Etna Supply, a plumbing, waterworks and fire protection distributor serving the commercial and residential markets, sees the value in using Eclipse to reduce manual work, increase efficiency, and exceed customer expectations. As Director of Pricing, Brett Klein collaborates and leverages Eclipse with the Etna Supply sales team to assist with profitability and expanding market share. Jamie Kolkman, Information Technology, empowers team members to combine new ideas with real-life experience and know-how. And Bill Meldrum, Director of Operations, shares the big-picture sales goals that helped define Etna Supply’s future course. Brett, Jamie, and Bill work with the Eclipse community on many key issues that help improve efficiencies within all of Etna Supply’s businesses.
